Apple

Our apps are available for purchase through Apple's iOS App Store. Because our apps run on Apple's iOS-based devices, information about your use of our apps may be collected by Apple.

Customer Support

When you contact us for support via email, we store a copy of your inquiry, our response, and any follow-ups using Gmail. We retain customer support interactions so we can reference past interactions when you contact us for support with any of our products.

Error Reporting

Our apps use Apple's built-in crash reporter to detect and report errors. When an error occurs, you will be prompted with an alert giving you the opportunity to send diagnostic information to Apple.

The crash reports collected by Apple include diagnostic information about the error, device information, and system logs. This information helps us identify and fix bugs to improve the app's stability and performance.

All crash reporting is handled through Apple's infrastructure and is subject to Apple's privacy practices. We do not collect or store crash reports directly on our servers.

Data We Collect

Mindreflect uses Apple Intelligence and CloudKit, which means:

• All AI processing happens on your device - we never see your reflection content
• Your reflections are encrypted and synced via iCloud using CloudKit
• We do not have access to your personal data stored in iCloud
• All data storage and sync is handled by Apple's secure infrastructure

We do not collect, store, or have access to your reflections, thoughts, or any content you create within the app.
